Disability schemes

5 scheme(s) in this category.

Disability rarely forms a scheme of its own at central level. More often it changes the terms of a general scheme: a reserved share of houses, an extra allowance on a scholarship, a higher subsidy rate on a business loan.

Nearly all of it requires a disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority, so obtaining that certificate is usually the first step rather than a formality at the end.
