Healthcare योजना

या प्रवर्गात 8 योजना.

Government health cover in India is mostly about hospitalisation rather than day-to-day medical costs. The large national scheme pays for secondary and tertiary treatment at empanelled hospitals, and pays the hospital directly, so there is nothing for you to claim back afterwards.

Eligibility for the biggest scheme is unusual: it is not something you apply for in the normal sense. Households were identified from an existing national survey, so the question is whether your family is already on the list, not whether you can qualify by filling in a form.
