Central assistance of 80% of the cost of an agricultural drone, up to Rs 8 lakh, for women's Self Help Groups so they can rent out drone spraying services to farmers.

A 50% capital subsidy for setting up livestock businesses - up to Rs 50 lakh for sheep and goat units, Rs 30 lakh for piggery, Rs 25 lakh for rural poultry and Rs 50 lakh for feed and fodder units.

Financial assistance to install drip and sprinkler irrigation: 55% of cost for small and marginal farmers and 45% for other farmers, to save water and raise yields.

Reduces the price of new electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers through a government demand incentive applied at the dealer, and funds electric buses, ambulances, trucks and charging stations.

Central subsidy of up to Rs 78,000 for households installing rooftop solar on their own home.

Crop insurance for farmers. Farmers pay a small share of the premium (2% for kharif, 1.5% for rabi, 5% for commercial and horticultural crops) and the governments pay the rest.

Support for fishers, fish farmers and fish workers to set up or expand fisheries activities, with 40% of project cost for general category and 60% for SC, ST and women beneficiaries.

A deposit-free LPG gas connection for women from poor households, together with a free first refill and a free gas stove.

Collateral-free, guarantor-free education loans for students admitted to 860 top institutions, plus 3 percent interest help on loans up to Rs 10 lakh for families earning up to Rs 8 lakh a year.

Free or half-cost assistive devices for persons with at least 40 per cent disability whose monthly income is up to Rs 30,000. Cochlear implants for children are also covered.

Free soil testing for farmers. The card reports 12 soil parameters for a farmer's land and recommends how much fertiliser to apply, so money is not wasted on the wrong inputs.
